Editor’s Note: On Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, Noam Chomsky spoke at Kutztown University as part of the university’s inaugural celebration of UNESCO”s World Philosophy Day. You can watch his talk, “The United States and the United Nations” here. Raging Chicken Press was lucky enough to get 45 minutes with Chomsky the following morning at the Main Street Inn in Kutztown, PA. Special thanks to Moe Folk for his work filming and editing the interview, and to Sean Kitchen, a student and co-founder of Occupy Kutztown (Sean also has an article in this issue) for his assistance in setting up and getting the word out. The interview is broken up into three parts, all licensed under the same Creative Commons license as Raging Chicken Press. The full transcript of the interview will be available in January 2012.
