As we first reported yesterday, Senate Republicans are getting ready to vote on Senate Bill 3, the same 20 week abortion ban Republicans failed to pass in the previous session. The bill will ban all abortions after 20 weeks. The only exception is if an procedure is needed to save the life of the mother. Angela Couloumbis is reporting that the bill will be voted on in the Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday with no public hearing.
