  1. What about the emergency regulation he put into place with the NYS DMV in September 2013? Your driving abstract now looks back 25 years. If you had a bad run in your late teens or early 20s with DUI/DWI and get a speeding ticket today, you will have your abstract opened up by the NYS DMV and even though you didn’t get into any kind of trouble for over 20 years, you turned your life around, you married and had children. You are now productive member of society, it does not make a difference you will be revoked. We now have 20,000 drivers and counting who are getting revocations on their licenses because Cuomo decided to put a new law into place without going through the proper legal channels. Now there are good people out there who are being punished twice for a crime they already paid the price for 25 years ago. It is not in the authority of an administrator to make or change law.It must be brought first to the Legislative branch as written in the constitution. And I will quote James Madison in Federalist No.47 ” The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, self-appointed or elective, may be pronounced the very definition of tyranny”. If the Governor can get away with this in New York then you will start to see other clowns doing the same thing in other States. I ask the question. Why have a Constitution? If people like Cuomo are going to misuse their power like that, we might as well crumble the constitution up and flush it down the toilet bowl. It seems there isn’t any respect for our Democracy. This man needs to be stopped before it’s too late.
