If the leaders of the Democratic Party were looking to go for a walk outside their conference rooms to clear their head of the Wikileaks/Debbie Wasserman Schultz scandal yesterday, they were out of luck. Thousands of activists took to the streets of Center City Philadelphia for a March for a Clean Energy Revolution. March organizers were seeking to send a loud and strong message to Democrats gathered for the DNC that half-measures are not enough to stem catastrophic climate change.

It was fitting that the breaking news of Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s resignation was streaming above marchers as they passed by the Philadelphia Convention Center, where the DNC is being held.

Yesterday, Raging Chicken Press was in Philadelphia covering the Clean Energy March. Today we are in Philly again for the Occupy the DNC Convention and the Equality Coalition March on DNC 2016. Follow us today on our Facebook page and Twitter for updates and live streaming.
