Throw this one in the “color me shocked” filing folder, but the American Legislative Exchange Council is calling some Pennsylvania budget shots when it comes to funding education. In a tweet the Koch Brother funded Commonwealth Foundation claimed that a severance tax for education founding would cost 4,138 jobs. And guess who responded to that? The American Legislative Exchange Council. These are the people who are holding Pennsylvania back when it comes to properly funding public education.
