Last week, State Senator Scott Wagner took ABC 27’s Dennis Ownes for a ride. Literally and figuratively. As a budget stunt, the senator flew the media personality over some of the Commonwealth’s “well to do” claiming that there’s nothing wrong with public schools because they look fine from the skies.
Now. Scott Wagner’s whirly bird has it’s own twitter account.
Flew over Philly for 10 minutes. Didn’t see any crime from up here. Looks like we could save $ by slashing law enforcement. #pabudget

Hitting the skies over Pennsylvania today to solve any and all budget problems. Suggests problems for me to look at using #WagnersChopper

First up- just flew over the Susquehanna. It looked pristine from up here. I propose shaving 4.2 mil from DEP. #PABudget #WagnersChopper

Spotted a retiree start a campfire w/ $100 bills. We need to eliminate pensions and replace w/ hallmark retirement cards. #pabudget

Almost at the site of the chem fire in AdamsCo and just flew over what I assume is a public school teacher’s house. pic.twitter.com/ozvQQKNqwk

Visited the chem fire. Those volunteer firefighters were doing great work… which made me think. Why do we pay other public servants?

Altitude was high, but I saw a family of ducks beside a natural gas well. Wildlife love these things. Unless I was actually seeing litter.

Enjoy the sampling and head over to the twitter account. I swear, this is not me.
