Les Stark, Executive Director of the Keystone Cannabis Coalition, one of a number of groups pushing for the passage of Pennsylvania’s Medical Cannabis Bill, Senate Bill 3. On top of pushing medical marijuana legislation in Pennsylvania, he is working on legalizing hemp production.
