1. This is so sad. I am a Clarion alum and am completely embarrassed by the state that the university is in. I think that the university has failed to consider the fact that they have historically been the least expensive in tuition in the state. Perhaps raising tuition to be on par with the other state system universities (see Kutztown, Millersville, etc) may have been an option really strongly worth considering.
