Editor’s Note: If by some chance you missed this, pro-choice advocate Sarah Slamen, aka @VictorianPrude, was dragged out of the Texas Senate this week for speaking truth to power. Slamen thanked Texas legislators for “radicalizing” so many Texas women by trying to legislate women’s bodies in the state. When she refused to be shut down by the Chair of the Senate Committee hearing on the Texas anti-abortion bill, SB1, Slamen was forcibly removed from the Senate floor.
