#PA8: Congressional Candidate Caught Splicing Promise to “Defeat Radical Islam” in Campaign Announcement?

Yesterday, Republican State Representative Scott Petri released a campaign video announcing his bid for the open Pennsylvania 8th Congressional District in Bucks County.

In the video, the conservative representative gives a lot of yadda yadda on why he wants to run for Congress, and one of the reasons is to “advocate in Congress the defeat of radical Islam across the globe.  One thing, the sound quality from that statement doesn’t quite match the sound quality of the rest of the video.

Did the candidate splice that into the video?  You be the just.  Recently, Petri introduced a resolution calling on Governor Wolf to reject Syrian refugees because of the recent terrorist attack in Paris and “the ISIS video that was released [on November 16th] that threatens a similar attack on Washington D.C.”

Maybe State Representative Petri and the advisers his campaign is paying should worry about their video editing skills before they start worrying about ISIS?
