RAGING MONDAY! This Week’s Feature: Whistleblower Lawsuit at West Chester University

Kevin Mahoney, Editor Zero at the Raging Chicken Press joins Rick to talk about the lawsuit filed against West Chester University’s former Director of Budget and Financial Planning, Colleen Bradley. The lawsuit alleges that WCU was presenting false budgets to the Commonwealth in order to “fraudulently maintain or increase taxpayer-funded appropriations.” And, it gets better.

  1. What set of accounting books does WCU/PASSHE share with local, state and or federal agencies when seeking tax-exempt bonds to fund their facility expansion plans? The USDA recently “contributed” $29 million to WCU in order to help fund the construction of a dormitory.
