BREAKING: Oil Bomb Blows Up in West Virginia, Car Falls into River and Evacuations Surrounding Accident

Just under an hour ago, an oil bomb carrying crude oil blew up in Fayette County.  Evacuations are underway and reports are that a car has fallen into a local river causing an oil spill.
